Pineapple and cucumber Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 40 gr of pineapple squares
- 60 gr of cucumber squares
- ½ tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 cup of Pineapple Base with Etolix Hydrolyte and Etolix Fatburner with Birdseed (previously soaked in the concentrate)
- ½ cup of aloe squares
- Celery
- Parsley
- 1 cup of grapefruit juice
- Stevia (optional)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Add water if necessary. Serve and enjoy!
Indications and suggestions:
Take it regularly as a snack (10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.). It is also a good smoothie recommended for anxiety.
