300 grams of 5 green vegetables you can choose your favorites of these: chard, broccoli, artichoke, celery, asparagus, parsley, coriander, chives, zucchini, spinach, rugula.
½ purple or white onion.
1 clove garlic.
½ red pepper.
½ teaspoon of turmeric.
½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
½ teaspoon of Himalayan salt.
Wash all the vegetables and cut into large pieces, put on medium heat, boil for 5 minutes, check that the vegetables are soft if they are not boil a little more. Turn off heat and allow to cool and blend well. Serve in six (6) containers (separate portions) of six (6) ounces each.
