In the Etolix Healthy Meal Plan, the inputs and nutrients are very wide. They are all in nature, to bring you their benefits. The intention of Etolix Corp with this food plan is to guide and help you recognize and consider in your daily menu the healthiest foods for purification and detoxification of your body.
- You must have an intelligent scale to measure BMI, fat (body and visceral) and weight, to track progress during our program.
- It is also important that you have a kitchen scale.
- The weight of the ingredients for preparing meals and the portions served are very important in order to avoid excesses.
- If you are a vegetarian or vegan, animal protein should be replaced with vegetable protein.
- If you do nighttime activities and rest during the day, you can also make our plan, except that your nutrition and care schedule would start the moment you get up to start your activity day.
- You should read the labels of the foods you eat and prefer low sodium, free of added sugars.
- Use low salt, preferably Himalayan salt.
- Meals should not contain added sugar
- During the time you are in the program, you should not consume processed flours.
- When you feel hungry, eat an extra serving of protein or vegetables.
- The best option for cooking food is steamed, grilled, baked or sautéed, avoid heating oil and other fats.
- As for the dressings, the natural ones without chemical preservatives are recommended.
- The use of species such as turmeric and cayenne pepper, ginger, garlic, give an exotic flavor to food and also boost your metabolism.
- The body must be fed every two hours, it is very important not to extend this time between meals.
