RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for purchasing at etolix.com. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Exchanges are only accepted with a receipt of purchase of unused items and within seven (7) days after purchase (less shipping costs) subject to the Return and Exchange Conditions. 

RETURNS AND TERMS OF EXCHANGE

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to redeem it for you, within seven (7) days after purchase, provided that the item is in NEW condition (unopened, unused, unproven and resealable).
  • After seven (7) days, we do not accept refunds or changes under any circumstances.
  • As a general rule, you return the articles to us in the same way that we send them to you, under the same conditions and with all the original contents.

POLICY ON THE SHIPMENT

  • Orders received from Monday to Friday at 11:00 a.m. EST are usually processed and shipped on the same day (except on public holidays or weather conditions).
  • Orders received after 11:00 a.m. will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • If it appears that your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements for a replacement.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY FOR YOU

  • Currently, we offer free ground shipping on orders in excess of $60 in all states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • This offer is not valid with any other promotion.
  • This offer is only valid on one shipping address, several ordering addresses will be charged separately.
  • If we send by mistake, your exchanged items will be shipped free within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • If it appears that your shipment is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements for a replacement.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE SHIPMENT

  • We cannot send to P.O. Box, APO / FPO addresses. Provide a valid street location to receive your order.
  • We do not offer shipping service on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  • USPS and UPS do not require a signature at the time of delivery. USPS and UPS will leave your package at the most secure location at your address.
  • We do not credit the shipping cost for returned or exchanged orders.

CANCELLATIONS

We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website. You can choose to return the item in the above terms.
